Here are some common questions, along with our answers:
“What if I need time to do some fundraising?”
You will still have time to fundraise or do whatever you need to, in order to figure out finances. The reservation fee holds your spot – but if your name is moving up the list quickly and you need more time, just let us know. We can move your spot in line and give you some extra time.
“What if my kid isn’t a fit for Trexo?”
Your deposit is 100% refundable if our assessment indicates your child is not a good candidate for the Trexo, or even if you just change your mind! 🙂
“I placed my reservation, what’s Next?”
Your $100 reservation deposit holds your position on our waitlist and allows us to begin the process of our internal assessment. During this process, we will guide you through providing us information about your child, including measurements and photos/video. In addition, we may reach out to their Physical Therapist to confirm that there are no contraindications that make them ineligible to use the Trexo device. We will not sell you the device unless it is safe and beneficial for your child.
Once we’ve determined they are a good candidate for the Trexo, we determine what size and accessories are needed.
Then we are able to give you the final price and determine your delivery date. We notify you when your Trexo will be sent out and schedule a virtual training to ensure you know everything you need to about your kiddo’s Trexo.
