Trexo Home Lease
The Trexo Robotics team is committed to ensuring our clients have reliable access to their Trexo devices. We understand that there are still times where things are outside of mechanical or software malfunctions which may cause your child to not be able to use the Trexo. This may include illness, injuries, or family vacations.
Injuries and illnesses are an unfortunate and disappointing reality of the human experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide credits or pause monthly payments towards your Trexo Home device if it is rendered unusable due to sickness or injury. This is because all monthly lease payments towards the Trexo Home go towards ultimately owning the device (upon successful completion of the 3 year lease-to-own agreement).
Trexo Robotics Inc. will not be able to issue downtime credits for family vacations or any recreational or leisure travel and activities.

* Trexo Robotics reserves the right to amend this Policy without Participant’s consent to the extent necessary or desirable to comply with the Company’s internal policies and processes.
** Downtime credits are issued to the customer under the discretion of the Trexo Robotics team and all issues will be assessed on a case by case basis. Downtime credits will be applied once the issue is fully resolved.
