Rare Disease From the Perspective of a Grandparent. On this special bonus episode, our guest is Jim Peplinski.
Jim is a Canadian former NHL player. He spent his entire career (10 years) with the Calgary Flames. He won the Stanley Cup in 1989. He also represented Canada on the national team at the 1988 Winter Olympics.
He is also also the Chairman of Properly Investment Company.
He has been recognized for his charitable contributions. He was named the final recipient of the Charlie Conacher Humanitarian Award in 1984.
Jim is also the grandfather of a sweet little girlnamed Zoe. She has a very rare disease.

Bonus Episode: Marc and Sara chat with Jim about his graddaughter Zoe and her rare disease. He praises his daughter for her determination and care as Zoe battles this rare disease.
