Following the deposit, we conduct an assessment of each child to ensure that they are a candidate for the Trexo Home. This assessment will include measurements, connecting with your physiotherapist, and trialing of the unit.
Trexo Home is tablet operated. The system must be operated under adult supervision. Trexo Robotics requires training in order to ensure the system is safe to use. Information regarding training will be provided along with your notification of delivery.
The Trexo Home has a number of features for a personalized experience. Depending on your child’s needs, you may adjust the amount of weight bearing, the gait pattern, speed of the device, and level of assist. The active assist feature may be used by children who have some ability to initiate steps or walk. You may also adjust the Rifton Accessories including the use of the arm prompts, chest prompts, and saddle.
A member of the Trexo Robotics team will get in touch with you after your deposit has been made to schedule an appointment for a trial and fitting. This appointment will allow you to trial the unit and ensure that it is right for you.
If after the fitting appointment you decide you’re not interested in proceeding with the purchase of the Trexo Home, we will refund you your deposit in full.
Trexo Home does not have pre-approved insurance coverage at this time. Trexo Robotics has a customer service representative who can discuss the process of applying and potentially assist with your submission for coverage. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
